1. 개요
London Borough of Newham템즈 강 북쪽 런던 동부에 있는 런던의 구 중 하나이다. 인구는 351,036명(2021년 기준), 면적은 36.22 km2이다.
2. 역사
기존에 에식스에 속했던 웨스트햄(West Ham)과 이스트햄(East Ham)[1]을 합쳐 1965년 생겨났다. 이름은 웨스트햄과 이스트햄의 ham에서 유래했다.3. 스포츠
