밀리 바닐리의 싱글이며 이들의 데뷔 앨범 Girl You Know It's True의 다섯번째 싱글로 1989년 12월 13일에 발매되었다.밀리 바닐리의 마지막 전성기를 상징하는 곡이다. 이 곡의 히트 이후 립싱크 논란이 본격적으로 터지고 공식화되면서, 밀리 바닐리는 쇠퇴기나 침체기도 없이 곧바로 바닥으로 추락해 버렸다.

5. 표절 사태
1990년 12월, 미국 재즈 락 밴드 Blood, Sweat & Tears의 멤버이자 보컬리스트인(현재는 탈퇴) 데이비드 클레이튼-토마스가 자신이 소속되어있는 밴드 Blood, Sweat & Tears의 1969년 싱글 컷 히트곡이자 자신이 작곡한 Spinning Wheel을 표절했다며 밀리 바닐리를 고소하였고, 소송에서 Spinning Wheel의 작곡가인 토마스가 승소하며 공식적으로 All or Nothing은 표절 판정을 받았다.[1] Spinning Wheel의 작곡가이다. 다만, 이 곡에 크레딧되지는 않았다. 표절 소송에서 이 작곡가가 승소하여 이 곡의 송라이터로 인정이 된 것이다.
