빌보드 R&B 차트에서 1975년 11월 다섯번째 주에 1주 1위, 빌보드 핫 100에서 2주 비연속 1위를[1] 기록했다.1976년 빌보드 핫 100 연말 차트에서 45위, 1958년~2018년 빌보드 핫 100 올타임 차트에선 316위에 올랐다.
6. 실황 떠벌이 파로디우스에서
BEMANI가 나오기전 코나미에서 제작한 STG인 실황 떠벌이 파로디우스의 1면 필드 스테이지 BGM으로 나왔다.다른 배경음악이 클래식 어레인지가 많은 파로디우스의 곡들중에서도 이례적인 현대음악 수록사례지만, 결국 판권문제때문인지 PSP판에서는 하기 DDR 수록된 곡이라는 점을 감안했는지, DDR 오리지널 곡인 BRILLIANT 2U로 교체되었다.
7. DanceDanceRevolution에서
7.1. 원곡
초대작 DanceDanceRevolution에서 원곡 그대로 수록되었다.저난이도 곡으로 수록되었으며 싱글 베이직이 구난이도로 발바닥 두개다. 한국에 가동된 소위 1.5버전에서는 판권문제로 삭제되어서 멜로 BSP와 버터플라이 BSP의 난이도 갭이 메꿔지지 못하는 참사가 일어났다.[2]
베이직은 3rd Plus에서 발바닥 1개로 하향되었다가 신난이도 체계가 적용된 X3vs2nd에서는 멜로처럼 난이도 3을 배정받고 난이도 1의 비기너가 추가되었다. 한편 X3vs2nd에 추가된 챌린지는 난이도 11이다.

코나미에서 시스템 573기판과 이후 PS1로 이식해 내놓은 무술과 리듬게임의 조합인 Martial beat(BEMANI 레이블을 달고나온 작품은 아니다)에서도 리믹스가 나왔다.8.1. THAT'S THE WAY (Scorccio Edit)
Scorccio가 하우스로 리믹스한 버전.[1] 1975년 11월 넷째 주에 1주 1위, 1975년 12월 셋째 주에 1주 1위[2] 이 갭을 메꿔주던게 본 곡의 BSP와 발바닥 2개짜리 Kung Fu Fighting BSP였다. 공교롭게도 둘다 디스코 노래다.
