'Who Owns My Heart'는 마일리 사이러스의 정규 3집 Can't Be Tamed의 두 번째 싱글로, 2010년 10월 22일 발매되었다.2. 상세
가사는 클럽에서 사랑에 빠진 마일리 사이러스를 담았으며, 직전 싱글이었던 Can't Be Tamed과 마찬가지로 가사의 수위가 세다. 가사에 맞춰 뮤직비디오의 수위도 제법 셌고, 노래의 분위기도 다크한 클럽튠이었다. 결국 'Can't Be Tamed' 때 펼쳐졌던 대중들의 거부 반응이 그대로 재연되었다.이 싱글을 끝으로 마일리는 디즈니 산하의 할리우드 레코드를 떠나 RCA 레코드로 이적하게 된다. 결국 'Who Owns My Heart'가 디즈니 산하에서 내는 마일리의 마지막 싱글이 되었다.
