Geometry Dash의 온라인 레벨. 1.x 시절에 크리에이터 랭킹 3위까지 올랐던 한국인 크리에이터 Experience D(Dawn)의 수많은 옛날 이지 데몬 중 하나이다. 1.8 시절 제작된 레벨이지만 디자인이 1.7에 가깝기 때문인지 피쳐드는 받지 못했다. 난이도는 이지 데몬 하위권으로, 상단 영상만 봐도 Effortless Demon, 즉 노력할 가치도 없는 쉬운 데몬이라고 평가했다. 옛날 데몬인 만큼 구식 페이크가 계속해서 나오지만 그뿐이며, 굳이 꼽자면 비행 구간이 조금 어려우나 다른 이지 데몬들과 비교해 특출나게 어려운 것도 아니다.

초반에 갈림길이 있는 것 말고는 별 특징 없는 흔해빠진 옛날 이지 데몬이지만, 의외로 다운로드 수는 높은 편이다. 그 이유는 레벨명이 cataclysm 1이기 때문(...). 그 유명한 Cataclysm은 1.9 레벨인 만큼, 오히려 cataclysm이라는 명칭의 원조는 이 쪽이다.

1.9 업데이트로 투명 톱니들이 추가되어 난이도가 정말 미세하게 올라갔다. 레벨 설명의 '어려워졌음'은 이를 의미하는 것.

2. 구간

1. 시작 큐브 구간 (0~12%)

무난한 큐브 구간. 5%에 갈림길이 있는데, 점프해서 위에 있는 중력반전 포탈을 타면 배 루트, 아래의 부서지는 블록으로 빠지면 볼 루트이다.

2. 갈림길 구간 (12~26%)

배 루트는 별 특징 없는 옛날 비행으로, 중력반전이 잦은 편이나 간격은 매우 넓직하다. 볼 루트는 역시 별 특징 없는 옛날 볼으로, 구식 페이크 몇 개 정도 있고 컨트롤은 아주 쉽다.

본인이 구식 페이크는 정말 못해먹겠다 싶은 게 아니라면, 볼 루트가 훨씬 쉽다. 가는 길도 볼 루트가 약간 더 쉬운 편.

3. 합쳐지는 큐브 구간 (26~49%)

큐브로 돌아온 후 배 루트는 일반 중력 상태로, 볼 루트는 중력반전 상태로 진행된다. 반대쪽이 진행하지 않은 루트라고 생각하면 된다. 볼 루트 쪽이 기본적으로 중력반전 상태에 페이크도 2번 나와서 미세하게 더 어렵다.

최종적으로는 31%에서 합쳐지며, 이 뒤로는 전형적인 페이크 도배 큐브 구간이다. 특히 37%의 투명 블록[1] 페이크는 처음 오면 무조건 걸릴 정도로 악질 페이크이니 꼭 암기할 것.

4. 비행 구간 (49~72%)

앞선 배 루트 비행과 비슷한 난이도이다. 중력반전 포탈은 줄었지만, 대신 대부분의 구간을 소형화 상태에서 진행한다.

5. 좌우반전 구간 (72~91%)

볼 - UFO 순으로 진행된다. 둘 다 Theory of Everything 정도의 난이도이다.

6. 엔딩 크레딧 (91~100%)

UFO 구간을 성공적으로 통과했다면 좌우반전 포탈을 통과한 후, THANK YOU! 문구와 함께 레벨이 클리어된다.

3. 여담

상단 틀의 클리어 영상은 비행 루트 영상이다. 볼 루트 클리어 영상
레벨명만 보면 누가 봐도 후속작이 있을 것만 같은 네이밍이지만, cataclysm 2 같은 후속작은 나오지 않았다.
