1. 개요
45번 국도 산리쿠연안도로(산리쿠도, E45)의 나들목(15번)이다. 나들목 명칭은 소재지 토메시에서 유래하였다.모노-토메 도로 구간과 토메-시즈가와 도로 구간의 경계에 해당된다. 2005년 4월 1일 토메시 통합 출범 이전 기준으로는 나카다초(中田町)에 소재하는 나들목이다. 위치상으로는 토요마마치(登米町)쪽에 조금 더 가깝지만, 미야기 현북고속간선도로(대부분 36번 미야기현도 구간)의 정비로 현 토메시의 중심부인 하사마초/사누마와 접근성이 좋은 지점에 나들목이 들어서있다.
다이아몬드형, 정확히는 단일점 도심형(SPUI) 나들목이다. 서쪽으로는 미야기 현북고속간선도로[1]와 접속되는 4번 미야기현도 지선이 접속되며, 바로 다음 교차로에서 본선과 교차하고 36번 미야기현도 지정의 미야기 현북고속간선도로와 연계된다. 동쪽으로는 토요마마치 방면의 토메시도 토메인터선이 접속된다.
