브라이언은 인터뷰에서 “마음속으로 프레디하고 같이 만들었어요. 뚱뚱한 여자 혹은 남자를 좋아하는 위대한 가수와 함께 작업한다면 아마 여러분들도 그럴 거예요. 제목에 여자가 들어가기 때문에 이성애적인 노래라고 생각할 수 있어요. 표면적으론 그래요. 하지만 전 저의 삶 못지않게 프레디의 삶을 통해 곡을 많이 만들었기 때문에 표면적 의미 외에도 다양하게 받아들여질 수 있는 여지가 많다고 봐요”라고 말했다.
브라이언 메이는 이 곡을 연주할 때 드롭-D 튜닝[2] 상태의 기타로 연주한다. 프레디 머큐리가 살아있었을 때는 어떻게 연주하였는지 정확히 알 수는 없으나, 본체인 레드 스페셜의 6번줄을 한 음 낮추었던 것으로 보이고,[3] 1990년대 후반 혹은 2000년대 부터는 해당 튜닝으로 고정 튜닝이 된 기타를 따로 한 대 더 소장하여 연주하는 듯 하다.
