아웃캐스트의 싱글이며 이들의 4집 앨범 Stankonia의 두번째 싱글로 2000년 10월 24일에 발매되었다.두 번째로 싱글컷 된 곡. 이 곡으로 아웃캐스트는 처음으로 빌보드 핫 100 1위를 기록한다. 결혼 행진곡을 샘플링한 멜로디를 쓰고 있지만 가사는 미혼모를 다루고 있는 아이러니한 곡. 여기서 Ms. Jackson은 안드레의 전 연인이었던 에리카 바두의 어머니를 지칭한다.
