White Noise Club의 "New Voice Project"의 첫 번째 아티스트로 Soovi와 콜라보하여 발매된 음반이다.
131에서 발매되는 2023년 첫 앨범이다.
Padi에 의하면 자신의 작업물 중 TOP 3에 드는 곡이 수록되었다고 한다. 또한 해당 앨범의 작업은 2022년부터 시작한 듯 하다.
