아이허브(iHerb)는 1996년 설립된 미국의 전자상거래 기업으로, 건강기능식품 및 웰빙 제품을 전문적으로 판매한다. 미국 캘리포니아주 패서디나에 본사를 두고 있으며, 한국을 포함한 전 세계 180여 개국에 제품을 배송하는 글로벌 유통망을 갖추고 있다. 2000년대 후반 경부터 한국어 페이지를 개설하여 운영하기 시작했고, 2010년대 초부터 국외의(특히 미국) 건강기능식품을 찾는 사용자가 늘며 크게 성장하였다.

국내에서 접하기 어려운 고함량 비타민이나 여러 건강보조식품을 해외직구 할 수 있다.

특히 30대 이상의 장년층을 중심으로 부담없는 가격에 해외직구로 건강기능식품을 구입할 수 있다는 입소문이 돌며 현재까지 인터넷으로 다양한 형태의 보충제를 한 곳에서 저렴하게 구입할 수 있는 사이트로 유명해졌다. 다만 의약품으로 분류되는 것은 팔지 않으며, Herb라는 이름 그대로 식품과 의약품 사이의 "기능성" 식품이나 보충제, 이/미용 제품 등을 판매한다.

자체 PB 상품으로 캘리포니아 골드 뉴트리션이라는 브랜드를 2013년부터 론칭하여 판매하고 있다. 아이허브 사용자들 사이에서는 가성비가 가장 큰 장점으로 꼽힌다. PB상품인 덕분에 할인 행사에서도 매번 꼬박꼬박 빠지지 않고 대상 제품이 되며, 아이허브에서 왠만한 제품을 검색하면 대부분 캘리포니아 골드 뉴트리션 제품이 최상단에 위치해있는 광경을 볼 수 있다.

오메가3, 프로바이틱스, 비타민C, 루테인 같은 잘 알려져있는 영양제는 물론이고 별별 성분의 영양제까지 다양하게 판매하고 있다.

대한민국의 건강기능식품 해외 직구 면세 기준은 1인당 6병으로, 아이허브에서 한 번 주문을 할 때 7병 이상을 주문하면 통관 과정에서 문제가 생길 수 있으므로 주의해야 한다. 또한, 국내에서 반입이 금지된 성분이 영양제에 포함되어 있다면 통관이 거부될 수 있으므로 영양 성분을 꼼꼼히 따져보고 구매를 결정하는 것이 권장된다.
