1. 개요
프랑스 파르티잔의 노래프랑스의 군가이자 민중가요, 그리고 자유 프랑스군의 실질적 국가.[1]
1943년에 런던으로 망명한 러시아계 프랑스인 싱어송라이터 안나 마를리가 한 러시아 민요에서 영감을 얻어 작곡했고 작가 조세프 케셀과 모리스 드롱이 가사를 붙인 노래다. 작곡가 본인이 녹음해서 BBC가 프랑스 전역에 방송했고 이를 들은 레지스탕스 부대들이 자기들의 상징곡 쯤으로 사용하기 시작하면서 그 위상을 얻게 되었다.
전후에 아예 라 마르세예즈를 버리고 이 곡을 새 국가로 지정하자는 의견이 나올 정도로 유명하고 프랑스인들을 자극했던 노래다.
계곡과 언덕을 넘어와 제목이 비슷하다.
