빌보드와의 인터뷰에 따르면, 자신의 양극성 장애를 반영한 알터 에고 마이토(MITO)에 관한 서사를 갖고 있는 앨범이다. 이후 정규 1집 MIITO로 서사가 이어진다.

"No Blueberries"는 틴 보그의 2021년 최고의 K팝 노래 54개에 선정되었다.

피지컬 앨범 디자인에 상당히 공을 들였다. 겉 표면을 가열하면 MITO 글씨가 나타나고, 안 쪽에는 깨진 거울이 있다. 이러한 디자인으로 해외 팬들에게도 큰 호평을 받았다.
현재 절판되어 앨범을 소장하고 싶다면 중고거래로 구하는 수 밖에 없다. 늦게 소식을 접했거나 입덕한 팬들은 눈물을 흘리는 중. 중고거래는 최소 40만원을 웃돌 정도로 엄청나게 가격이 뛰었다. ~~제발 다시 찍어줘~~
