시나 이스턴이 1980년 5월에 발매한 싱글이며 그녀의 데뷔 앨범 Take My Time의 두번째 싱글로 발매되었다.

원제목은 9 to 5인데 본국인 영국에서는 1980년 5월 발매되었지만, 미국에서는 1981년 2월 발매 두 달 전에 컨트리 가수 돌리 파튼이 동명의 곡을 먼저 발표했기 때문에[1] Morning Train(9 to 5)로 제목을 바꾸어 발매했다.
