- 싱글로 발매되지 않은 곡 중, 앨범에 있는 곡으로 공개된 유일한 곡이다. 정확히는 포터가 스트림에서 제목을 공개한 바 있다.
- 앨범 발매 며칠 전 공개한 트랙 리스트의 이미지에 따르면 곡명이 # 'Is There Really No Happiness Without this Feeling?' 으로 되어 있다. 아마 다른 여러 곡들이 그렇듯이 곡 가사 속 제목이 들어 있으면 그 바로 다음 가사를 부제로 삼아도 되는 듯 하다.
- 공개 전, Smile!:D World Tour 소개 영상에 잠깐 나왔기도 했다. 이 영상에 나온 곡들을 차례대로 나열하면 KNOCK YOURSELF OUT XD, Sad Machine, Is There Really No Happiness?, Cheerleader 순이다.
