미국의 록밴드 너바나의 2집 Nevermind의 11번 트랙이다.곡을 쓰는 것에 대한 곡. 즉 메타적인 주제를 다룬 곡이다. 제목은 즉 '백지 상태', 커트의 창작의 고통을 의미한다. 밴드가 녹음 이후 가장 마음에 안 들어한 곡으로, 모든 멤버가 '좀 더 거칠게 녹음되어야 했다'는 의견을 냈지만 결국 그대로 수록되었다.
