집단유전학(Population genetics ,集團遺傳學)은 유전자가 해당 종과 관련해서 그 생물의 집단에서 어떤 분포를 나타내며, 새로운 유전적 변이가 어떤 변천 과정을 거쳐 계통발생학적으로 보았을때 개체발생학적으로 유전자 분포의 새로운 평형을 이룰수있는지를 이해하는 학문이다. 또는 이를 연구하는 그 분야(의 사람)를 가리킨다. [1]2. 기여자
