제목인 Rendezvous는 만남의 장소를 뜻하는 랑데부이며, 스토리의 핵심과 뫼르소와 잔느의 관계를 상징하는 단어라 볼 수 있다.

곡의 템포의 경우 뫼르소의 원전인 이방인의 배경인 프랑스란 점과, 최종 보스전은 뫼르소와 잔느가 서로의 사랑과 진심을 댄스와 함께 주고받는 형식으로 진행되는 점 때문인지 샹송과 왈츠 [1]를 결합한 템포로 연주되는 것이 특징이다. 특히 이 곡의 가사와 노래가 나오는 최종 보스전의 2페이즈부터 뫼르소가 합을 할 때마다 이 곡의 박자에 맞춰서 합을 진행하는 연출을 선보이면서 더더욱 왈츠로서의 요소를 돋보이게 만든다. Mili 또한 이 부분을 중요하게 여기는지 곡 발매일 당시 실시간 채팅에서 이 곡을 상징하는 이모티콘을 💃🕺로 표기할 정도로 댄스곡인 왈츠의 분위기를 강조하는 편.

곡의 Inst에는 사람들의 웅성거림이 샘플링되어있는데, 이는 뫼르소가 잔느와 데이트를 했던 시가지의 사람들의 북적거림을 표현했다고도 볼 수 있지만 재판소에서 뫼르소를 추궁하던 이들의 웅성거림을 표현했다고도 볼 수 있는 중의적인 묘사로 보인다. 필름 영화 영사기의 작동 소리 또한 샘플링되어 있는데, 이 역시 뫼르소와 잔느에게 있어 잊을 수 없던 데이트 장소인 영화관을 상징하는 요소이다.

노래의 중반부 가사에서 성적 관계를 암시하는 가사[2]가 나오는데, 이는 원전인 이방인에서의 뫼르소와 마리의 성애를 표현한 요소이다. 그와 동시에 본 작품에서도 드러나는 뫼르소와 잔느의 사랑이 얼마나 뜨거운 편인지를 은유적으로 묘사한 셈.

카르멘의 행적을 암시하는 가사 '역겨운 빛(Nauseating light)'은 장폴 사르트르의 소설, 구토(La Nausée, Nausea)를 의미한다. 동시에 매혹적인 빛은 '이 삶 속에서, 나는 무엇으로 증명되는가'라는 질문에 '지금'이라 답한 뫼르소가 이 순간의 감각을 긍정하고 즐기는 것, 즉 행복한 시시포스를 뜻한다.

일러스트는 10장의 무대인 시지프 백화점을 상징한다. 고급스러운 물건들로 장식되었지만 실상은 피가 낭자한 지옥이나 다름없는 풍경, 손과 얼굴에 피가 묻은 소녀가 미소를 지으며 의자에 앉아있는 모습과 햇빛에 의한 그림자가 사악하게 웃는 모습, 환히 웃으며 연기하는 소년의 멱살을 잡고 주먹으로 때리려 하는 소녀의 그림은 상징계와 그림자계를 묘사한 모습이자 잔느, 그리고 뫼르소를 어떻게든 시지프 백화점에 억류시키려는 그녀의 집착을 보여준다. 또한 소녀에게는 햇살로 보이는 빛이 내리쬐고 있으며, 기둥에는 사슬이 묶여있다.
