독립운동사, 국가보훈처, 1988년 발간현재는 구할 수 없지만, 공훈전자사료관 원문사료실에서 검색할 수 있고 인터넷에 조회를 하면 찾아볼 수 있다.
만약 원문 글을 보고 싶다면 국립중앙도서관(서울특별시 서초구 반포대로 201) 디지털 도서관에서 열람 가능하고 원하는 페이지를 출력가능하다. 대여는 안되고 그 자리에서 열람하거나 복사를 해서 가져가야 한다.

마찬가지로 독립운동에 대한 전반적인이야기가 수록되어 있다. 단점이 있다면 년도가 맞지 않아서 위 두 자료와 대조해서 봐야 한다.
나무위키 고정훈 자료에는 광복군 소위 출신이라고 명시되어 있지만, 국가보훈부 공훈전자사료관 공적조서에는 기재되어 있지 않다.
한시준, 한국광복군연구, 일조각
광복군 연구를 하는 유일한 국사학자로서 그 동안 연구해온 내용들이 많다. 일부 국한혼용체로 되어 있어서 한문을 읽을 줄 알아야 한다.(요즘은 네이버 사전에 모르는 한자 검색해보면 나온다.) 현재는 절판되었을 것으로 보이고 국립중앙도서관에서 열람 가능하다. 논문같다고 보면 된다.

4.1. 대한민국 임시정부 요인들 수기
김구, 백범일지독립운동가이며 역사학자인 백범 김구가 1929년 상해와 1934년 충칭에서 집필한 자서전이다. 출판사도 각양각색이니 관심있는 분은 사보는 게 좋다.

김구 아들 김신의 회고록, 주로 자신을 키워준 할머니 곽낙원에 대한 추억 및 본인의 학창시절을 중심으로 기록했고 떨어져서 사는 시간이 더 많았던 아버지 김구에 관한 기록은 많지 않다.
지청천, 자유일기 (미간행)
백산 지청천의 자유일기는 1951년 5월부터 백산이 타계하기 한달 전인 1956년 12월까지의 육필 기록이며, 국한문 혼용체로 되어 있다. 백산의 외손자인 이준식(55) 전 친일재산조사위원회 위원은 “독립운동을 위해 1919년 만주로 건너가면서부터 일기를 쓰셨는데 한국전쟁 당시 피란 가는 과정에서 분실했다.”며 “1951년부터 다시 쓰신 광복 후의 기록으로 총 7권으로 되어 있다.”고 밝혔다. 자유일기는 백산 사망 이후 막내딸인 지복영 여사가 관리해 왔으나 정치적으로 민감한 내용이 많아 살아 생전 공개를 하지 않다가 지 여사 사망 후 서울신문을 통해 공개됐다.

지청천 장군의 딸 지복영의 회고록이다. 전반부는 가족을 중심으로 만주의 삶을 비춰본다면 후반부는 광복군 활동을 중심으로 중국의 삶을 기록하고 있다. 군사적인 부분은 많이 기술되어 있진 않지만, 그 시대상이 궁금한 사람은 읽어볼 만하다.

鄭華岩(1896~1981)의 회고록은 1966년 9월 이후 녹음테이프로 된 것을 정리, 편집, 교정을 거쳐 1982년에 출판된 것이며 10년 후인 1992년에 어느 아나키스트의 몸으로 쓴 근세사로 재출간 돼서 둘 중 하나를 봐도 상관없다. 호서은행 거금 사건, 윤봉길 의거, 육삼정 사건, 옥관빈 살해사건, 거류민회장 살해사건 등 관내지역에서 발생한 사건들, 재중국 조선무정부주의자연맹, 남화청년연맹과 흑색공포단, 이회영, 이정규, 백정기 등 일일이 열거하기 어려울 정도로 많은 단체와 동지들에 관한 이야기를 기술했다. 그리고 남화한인청년연맹과 김구의 애국단 간의 합작과 갈등 관계 등을 증언했고 중국인, 일본인, 대만인 등 아나키스트들과의 연대운동에 대해서도 상세하게 기록하였다. 그의 회고록은 일찍부터 중국 관내지역 독립운동 연구의 중요한 참고자료로 활용되어 왔고 회고록의 내용도 학자 간에 널리 알려져 있는 편이다. 혁명가들의 항일회상, 민음사, 1988도 같이 보는 게 좋다.
류자명, 나의 회억, 료녕민족출판사 1985
아나키즘운동의 이론가로 이름을 날린 柳子明(1894~ 1985)은 자신의 생애를 후대에게 교훈으로 남겨주고자 자전 수기를 집필. 류자명의 회고록에는 ‘임시정부가 성립된 경과’, ‘한성에서 다시 북경에’, ‘천진에서’,‘의열단의 내력과 반향’, ‘남경에서 만난 사람들’, ‘여명중학교로부터 입달학원으로’, ‘조선민족전선연맹과 조선의용대’, ‘항일전쟁과 계림생활’, ‘조선혁명 각 당파의 통일’ 등의 제목으로 기술했다. 류자명의 투쟁 역정을 보면 그가 아나키즘의 열렬한 신봉자임은 분명하지만 그의 회고록에는 아나키즘의 반동적 본질을 비판하고 본인은 아나키즘 대신 공산주의를 수용했다고 강조했다.[2]

회고록 상권은 1931년까지를 서술한 것으로 1920년부터 1927년까지는 상해, 남경, 북경에서 학교를 다니면서 흥사단에 가입
해 안창호와 관련된 활동을 주로 기록했다. 하권에는 有吉明(육삼정)사건, 천진 조계지 폭탄 사건, 한교전지공작대 등 본인이 직접 체험한 내용을 수록했다.
장정화, 장강일기, 학민사, 1998
독립운동가 집안에서 태어나 임시정부 27년 여정을 뒷받침하며 이끌었던 인물로 한국국민당, 한국독립당, 대한애국부인회 단체에 가입하여 활동했다. 현재도 구입가능하다.
4.2. 조선의용대/제1지대/인면전구공작대 기록
조선의용대는 약산 김원봉 제1지대장이 광복 이후, 월북했다는 이유로 그리고 조선의용군의 김두봉과 부대명과 인물 이름이 유사하다보니 사람들이 공산당 부대로 사람들이 오해하는 경우도 있어서 출간을 잘 하지 않은 것도 있고 수기가 많지 않은 편이다.앞서 제 1지대 본부와 제 1지대 제 1구대 제 9전구공작대, 제 1지대 제 2구대 이소민 부대에서도 국가보훈부 서훈을 받은 분들도 있기 때문에., "광복군 제 1지대는 공산당 부대라 쳐다볼 자격없다."이러지 마시라는 의미에서 써둔다. 프레임에 씌워진 상태에선 진실을 못보는 경우가 많기 때문이다.
안춘생 지사의 면담자료[3]에서는 김원봉의 좌익성향에 의문을 표하는 만큼 사상으로 배척하는 건 신중히 해야 한다.
김원봉씨가 정말 좌익이냐? 이것도 의문입니다. 좌익 청년들 전부 많이 포섭했는데 내가 독립기념관을 지을 적에 대만에 자료 수집을 하러 몇 번 갔었는데. 장개석의 가방들고 다니던 사람인데… 그 사람들이 황포 4기생 김원봉하고 동기동창입니다. 한달 동안 같이 지냈는데 이 사람을 찾아 갔더니 중국 정장을 하고, 아주 정중하게 맞이 하는데 이런 얘기 저런 얘기하고 임시정부와 김원봉, 임시정부에서는 김원봉을 자꾸 공산당으로 내모는데 나보고 당신 생각해보라고 동창생으로서 솔직히 얘기하는데 내가 김원봉하고 같은 반으로 아주 친하게 지냈는데 그 사람이 공산당이라면 우리가 공산당하고 싸우는데 내가 또 개인적으로 동기동창이라고 해서 우리 군사기관에서 용납하겠는가? 난 처음 학생때 부터 관계를 가졌는데 왜 그 사람을 공산당이라고 하는지 모르겠다. 철기[4] 장군도 김원봉씨 한데 좌익 그치 그렇게 하니까 아주 강력하게…
철기 이범석 장군은 광복 이후, 제주 4.3사건과 여수-순천 반란 진압하는 파시스트같은 면을 보여주었고 제 3지대장인 김학규 장군도 정치판에 못끼어들게 방해한 사실도 생각해보면 우리가 알고 있는 것과는 다를 수 있으니 인물 평가에 신중해야 한다고 보는 편이다.
김학철(金學鐵), 최후의 분대장: 김학철 자서전, 문학과지성사, 1995
김학철(1916~2001)은 이미 1980년대에 항전별곡·격정시대를 출판하여, 한국 학계에도 널리 알려져 있다. 그는 1930년대 초반 상해로 와서 조선민족혁명당 당원 및 조선의용대 대원, 그리고 1940년대 조선의용대에서 활동했던 인물이다.
이 책은 이러한 자신의 활동 역정을 소상하게 기술하고 있어, 중국 관내의 정당 및 군사 활동을 이해하고 연구하는 데 참고자료로 활용되고 있다. 자신들의 생활상을 비롯하여 조직원 개인에 대한 기록도 적지 않아 독립운동 인물사 연구에도 도움이 된다.

김사량은 1945년 5월 일본군 소속 한인 학병을 위문하기 위해 평양을 떠나 북경으로 갔다가 연안으로 탈출, 팔로군 조선의용군 기자로 활동하였다. 그가 귀국한 후 평양을 떠나 항일 근거지 태항산 남장촌에 도착하기까지의 과정을 ≪민성≫에 연재하다가 1947년에 단행본 노마만리를 냈다
김영범, 한지성의 독립운동 자료집, 선인, 한국광복군 인면전구공작대 기념사업회
인면전구공작대 대장이었던 한지성 지사의 기록에 관련된 것은 모두 수록되어 있다. 그 동안 냉전논리에 의하여 감춰진 조선의용대 편성표, 활동내역, 문서 등이 수록되어 있다. 대한민국 임시정부 임시의정원 시절 기록과 한국광복군 인면전구공작대 대장으로서 광복군 총사령부 보고서들이 수록되어 있다.
해방 후, 민주주의민족전선(민전) 중앙위원으로 활동했는데, 미군정에 의하여 많은 괴로운 수난을 당한 신문기사들 또한 수록되어 있다. 우당 이회영 선생의 손자 이종찬 광복회장의 헌사가 수록되어 있다.
4.3. 한국청년전지공작대/제2지대 회고록 및 기록
박기성, 나와 조국, 시온, 1984박기성 朴基成(1905~ 1991)은 일본에서 자유청년연맹에 가입하여 아나키즘 운동을 전개했다가 1926년 중국 상해로 넘어가 해방될 때까지 관내에서 민족운동을 전개했다. 그의 관내에서의 활동은 회고록 제7장 ｢상해시절｣, 8장 ｢6.3정 사건｣, 10장 ｢중국군관학교시절｣, 11장 ｢광복군 총사령부 및 각 지대의 활동｣에 수록되어 있다. 그의 회고록에는 같이 지냈던 동지에 대한 증언과 더불어 육삼정 사건 전후 사정을 상세하게 증언했다. 조선무정부주의자연맹의 기관지 ≪정의공보≫와 ≪탈환≫의 간행, 이회영을 밀고한 연충렬·이규서 처단 사건, 육삼정 사건(有吉明 사건) 등을 상세하게 기록했다. 하지만 그가 관여한 것으로 알려진 남화한인청년연맹 및 기관지 ≪남화통신≫에 관한 언급은 찾아볼 수 없다. 그렇지만 그의 회고록에서 한국청년전지공작대의 활동에 관한 상세한 증언을 남겼고 나월환 및 그의 피살 사건에 관련된 상세한 증언이 있다.

해평 이재현 지사께서 김천성 동지와 함께 태행산 적후 공작에 대하여 상세히 기술했고 나월환 암살사건 전에 대원들과 갈등분위기에 대하여 생생하게 기술하고 있다. 수기에 가까우나 사실상 한국청년전지공작대부터 5지대, 2지대를 거쳐온 역사를 설명하고 있다.

안영희 지사의 삶을 기리기 위해 숙명여대 동문인 모수미 서울대 명예교수와 이재연 숙명여대 명예교수, 형난옥 도서출판 나녹 대표, 송경란 한국어문화연구소 책임연구원, 송우림 ㈜휴노데이터분석팀 연구원 등이 참여한 위원회를 구성해 4년여 작업 끝에 책을 펴냈다.
4.4. 광복군 지대장들의 수기
지청천, ｢인생회고록: 광복군과 나의 투쟁｣, ≪희망≫, 1953년 2월호.광복군에 관한 지청천의 회고는 단행본으로 간행된 것이 아니라 1953년 잡지에 실린 회고록 성격의 글이다. 관내로 들어온 후부터 낙양군관학교 및 광복군에서의 활동을 회고했는데 전체적으로 내용이 짧고 간략한 편이다. 광복군 창립에 대해서는 계획 수립 및 중국과의 교섭 등 구체적인 내용은 언급하지 않고 광복군 초기 편제에 대한 서술에서 오류가 없지는 않다. 전란 때문에 참고자료를 확보하기 어려웠던 상황에서 빚어진 기억의 오류로 짐작된다.

광복군 제 3지대장 김학규의 자서전으로 몇개의 기억 혼돈 흔적을 제외하곤 창립 초기부터 한국청년전지공작대로 편성된 제5지대가 존재한 것처럼 기억했다. 하지만 5년 동안 제3지대의 본부인 부양에서의 초모, 훈련 활동 및 立煌에서 미국 OSS과의 연합훈련 등을 상세하게 기술하여 광복군 연구에 있어서 귀중한 사료임은 틀림없다.

김학규의 휘하에 활약했던 박찬익의 아들인 박영준(1915~2000)의 자서전은 한국광복진선 청년공작대의 지하공작, 광복군 제3지대에서의 사병 모집 및 훈련, 광복군 총사령부에서의 활동을 기록하였다.
김홍일, 대륙의 분노: 노병의 회상기, 문조사, 1972.
김홍일의 회고록은 출생부터 해방된 조국으로 귀국하기 까지의 긴 역정을 기술했다. 김홍일은 일찍이 1918년 9월 상해에 도착한 뒤 바로 귀주군관학교에 입학했고 3·1운동 이후 독립군에 동참하고자 하여 만주로 떠났다가 1926년경 다시 관내로 넘어왔다. 그 뒤부터 해방이 될 때까지 관내에서 중국 군인으로 있으면서 한국독립운동에 참여했다. 그래서 그의 회고록은 만주와 관내지역 독립운동 연구에 많이 활용되는 회고록 중의 하나이다. 특히 상해 병공창의 병기창 주임을 맡으면서 이봉창 의거, 윤봉길 의거를 위한 수류탄을 제작하고 제공한 내용, 조선혁명군정치간부학교와 중앙군관학교 낙양분교 한인 학생대의 조직 경위 및 자신의 역할 등을 비교적 상세하게 기술했다. 광복군에 관한 기술도 있지만 광복군 참모장에 취임한 시기가 늦었던 관계로 간략한 편이다. 김홍일의 회고록에는 본인의 항일투쟁 및 독립운동의 동향뿐만 아니라 귀주군관학교에 관한 이야기, 남경과 상해를 점령하던 당시의 상황을 상세하게 기록되어 있다.

장준하, 돌베개: 장준하의 항일대장정, 2015년 개정판1944년 7월 7일, 중국 쉬저우의 ‘쓰카다 부대’에 배속되어 있던 장준하가 일본군 부대에서 중일전쟁 7주년을 맞아 기념 회식을 하느라 경계가 느슨해진 틈을 타 김영록․윤경빈‧홍석훈과 함께 목숨 걸고 탈출하여 충칭 임시정부까지 6천 리나 되는 먼 길을 걸어서 찾아가는 대장정에 굽이굽이 서린 숱한 일화와 1945년 11월 임시정부 환국 직후의 상황까지 2년여의 기간을 다룬 책이다.

기존에 출간되었던 「장정」의 1ㆍ2권 중 광복군으로 활동했던 때까지의 기록을 발췌하여 단권화하고 새롭게 편집하여 「장정-나의 광복군 시절」이란 제목으로 개정판을 펴냈다. 김준엽 선생의 청년 시절, 가장 강렬했던 기억인 일본군 학병 탈출과 광복군 활동에 초점을 맞추어 재편집되었다. 책에서 저자는 일제 식민지 시기 말기에 한국인들이 겪었던 고난과 이에 맞서고자 했던 한국 청년들의 항일 활동을 다루고 있다.

엄영식(1920~2004)도 신상초와 비슷한 경력을 갖고 있는 인물로 학병으로 끌려가 중국 서주(徐州)로 파견되었다가 그해 8월 일본군을 탈출하여 중국공산당의 팔로군에 편입되었다. 그는 신사군 게릴라 지역을 20여 일 동안 걸어 조선독립동맹에 들어가 최용건, 김무정 등을 만나고 항일군정대학에서 문화교육을 강의했다. 두 사람은 모두 해방 후 공산당 군대를 이탈하여 고향으로 내려갔지만 곧 월남했다

정철수(1923~1989)의 경우에는 해방 이후 중국에 잔류했던 경우로 주목된다. 그도 1944년 졸업을 앞두고 일본군 학도병으로 징집되어 중국으로 끌려갔다.
그해 3월 중국 산동성 제남시의 일본군 훈련소에서 탈출하여 조선독립동맹과 조선의용군에 가맹하여 고철(高哲)이라는 이름으로 항일투쟁을 전개했다. 해방 이후 그는 귀국하지 않고 연길현정부 교육과장, 길림중학교 교장 등을 역임하는 등 교육계에 종사했으나 김학철처럼 문화대혁명 시기 수난을 당했다. 문화대혁명이 종결된 뒤 연변대학 일문과 교수로 재직했다가 1985년에야 한국으로 영구 귀환했다.
